Recipes/Smoothies - Strawberry Etc

The full name is "Strawberry Banana Orange Pineapple Smoothie", but that's quite a mouthful.
- Frozen strawberries - 1 cup
- Frozen banana - 1 (peel before freezing, slice before using)
- Ice - 4 cubes
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Orange juice - 1/2 cup
- Pineapple juice - 1/2 cup
- Sugar or Splenda - 1/2 cup
- Blend. Serves 1 or 2.
- If the blender labors, add a little more milk.
