Recipes/Chicken Fajitas

  • boneless skinless chicken breast

First, fry chicken breast until it isn't pink.

  • bell peppers - 2
  • onion - 1
  • olive oil

Chop bell peppers and onion. Fry 3-4 min on medium high with olive oil.

  • pinto beans - 16 oz
  • black beans - 16 oz
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp

Add all of the above, including chicken. Fry 3-4 more min.

  • salsa - 16 oz

Add salsa. Mix well and fry until hot.

  • tortillas
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream

Put mixture on tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and sour cream. Nuke 30 seconds.

Times are approximate. This recipe is pretty durable.
