- boneless skinless chicken breast
First, fry chicken breast until it isn't pink.
- bell peppers - 2
- onion - 1
- olive oil
Chop bell peppers and onion. Fry 3-4 min on medium high with olive oil.
- pinto beans - 16 oz
- black beans - 16 oz
- cumin - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
Add all of the above, including chicken. Fry 3-4 more min.
- salsa - 16 oz
Add salsa. Mix well and fry until hot.
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
Put mixture on tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and sour cream. Nuke 30 seconds.
