- Apple juice - 1 gallon
- Apple cider - 1/2 gallon
- Cinnamon sticks - 6
- Sugar - 3 cups
- Everclear or vodka - 1/2 liter
- Combine and boil everything but alcohol.
- Cool completely (for about 6 hours).
- Add everclear or vodka. Mix well.
- Store in glass bottles, refrigerate. Optionally, leave the cinnamon sticks in the bottles.
