Recipes/Catfish Fillets

  • Frozen catfish fillets
  • Famous Dave's Chipotle Sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Flour
  • Extra virgen olive oil
  • White rice
  1. Thaw fillets overnight in fridge or in hot water.
  2. Preheat large frying pan with enough olive oil to cover bottom.
  3. Prepare rice.
  4. Cover countertop with tinfoil.
  5. Mix chipotle sauce with flour to create a thick paste.
  6. Roll fillets in paste.
  7. Roll fillets in plain flour.
  8. Fry fillets in olive oil.
  9. Serve fillets on a bed of rice.
