Ugh. At 8am this morning, I slept for two hours. I was even careful to set two alarms, and I slept deeply through them. Last night at my 8pm nap, the same situation happened, but only for an extra half hour. This serious concerns me. Now I'm trying to find creative ways to be sure I wake up.
My noon, 4pm, and 8pm naps were fairly normal. Strangely, at midnight, I simply couldn't get to sleep. The good news is I haven't overslept again yet.
