8am was my best cycle so far, ever. I didn't feel tired at all for the first 3 hours. (After that I got pretty tired.) I have a feeling of clarity and alertness I only seldom have, even under monophasic sleep. If eventually most of my cycles feel like this one, I'll be doing much bettter than I was under monophasic sleep.
Since then, I have been doing well, but not as good as at 8am. Every day is still getting progressively easier, so I think I'm over the hump. While I'm still sleepy for many cycles, and there's still a lot of variance throughout the day, each day is consistently easier than the previous. I almost always wake up from a dream feeling refreshed.
At this point, I'm not going to document individual cycles anymore unless something interesting happens.
Interestingly (and fortunately), yesterday's slip-up didn't have a measurable impact after the following cycle.
